1. Operator and scope
These Terms govern access to the Regreenity website and demonstrations. Regreenity is operated by PlanetHike OÜ, registry code 17233027, Järvevana tee 9, Tallinn, 11314, Estonia. Signed customer agreements prevail over these public Terms where they conflict.
2. White-label platform
Regreenity is designed to sit within or alongside a cruise line, hotel or resort digital environment. The operator remains responsible for physical operations, safety, guest contracts, staff management, inventory, pricing, bookings, payments, refunds and fulfilment.
3. Demonstrations and pilots
Demo people, brands, metrics, properties, ships and commercial figures may be illustrative. Pilot access may be limited to verified test identities, a property, sailing or approved staff role. Users must not bypass access controls, manipulate campaign entries or impersonate another user.
4. Guest interaction
Regreenity is not an unrestricted social network or dating service. Where structured guest-to-guest interaction is enabled, the product intentionally constrains first contact and should preserve blocking, reporting and operator safety controls.
5. Service recovery
Service recovery features are not emergency channels. Medical, safety, security and other urgent issues must use the customer’s designated emergency procedures. Submitting a service issue does not guarantee a refund, remedy or response time.
6. Commerce
Regreenity may surface relevant customer-owned offers or inventory and record agreed attribution events. Unless expressly agreed otherwise, the customer or its designated merchant controls pricing, checkout, payment, refunds and fulfilment.
7. Intellectual property
Regreenity software, design, documentation, branding and original content are owned by PlanetHike OÜ or its licensors. No commercial reuse, reverse engineering or redistribution is permitted except where applicable law expressly allows it.
8. Availability and liability
Connectivity, host systems, device capabilities and maintenance can affect availability. Regreenity does not guarantee that guests will participate, respond, purchase or obtain a specific service outcome. Liability is limited to the extent permitted by applicable law; non-excludable statutory liability remains unaffected.
9. Governing law
These public Terms are governed by Estonian law without prejudice to mandatory protections that apply to you. Enterprise disputes follow the signed customer agreement.
