Service responsibility
PlanetHike OÜ is responsible for the Regreenity website, product demonstrations and original product materials. Unless a specific customer relationship is expressly identified, example brands, properties, ships, people, metrics and interfaces are illustrative and do not imply affiliation.
When Regreenity is deployed by a cruise line, hotel or resort, the operator remains responsible for its guest relationship, physical operations, safety procedures, staff management, inventory, pricing, bookings, payments and fulfilment.
Intellectual property
Unless otherwise stated, Regreenity software, product concepts, interface designs, text, graphics and documentation are owned by PlanetHike OÜ or used under licence. Third-party marks remain the property of their respective owners.
